Jack Birmingham, #27 team owner, is building a $5.5 million headquarters in a Mooresville(NC) business park, with plans to more than double employment to 100 by next year. Eel River Racing, now based in Lakeside Business Park near Mooresville with 40 employees, will move to Talbert Pointe Business Park once its 70,000-square-foot building is complete.
