Walk of Fame:

Bobby Hamilton, driver of the #4 Kodak MAX Film Chevy, will be inducted into the Talladega-Texaco Walk of Fame. The 43-year-old, Nashville, Tenn., native officially won the honor as voting ended last Thursday. Hamilton becomes the second Morgan-McClure Motorsports driver to be included in the Walk of Fame. Ernie Irvan, who drove for the team from 1990 until 1993, was inducted in 1996. Morgan-McClure Motorsports has 14 wins, with four of those being at Talladega Superspeedway. Each year since 1995, the Walk of Fame has inducted one active and two inactive drivers based completely on fan voting. The fan-favorite ceremony is held at Davey Allison Memorial Park located in downtown Talladega in conjunction with Talladega’s White Knuckle Weekend.
