Phil Parsons subbed in the #74 for Chad Little and powered the #74 car into the field. Parsons ran the car in case they could not get up to speed, then the team could had used a provisional. With Little, the team cannot use a provisional thru the 4th race as Little was higher then 35th in Winston Cup drivers points in 2000. Parsons must start the car Saturday but likely will give way to Little early in the race. Only two drivers missed the race: #38-Christian Elder and #49-Andy Kirby(SpeedVision)(2-15-2001)
UPDATE: Little will start the car, falling to the rear of the field before the green flag(2-16-2001)
