Fuel Cell Changes? Mike Skinner’s fiery crash at Darlington has NASCAR officials planning safety changes in the fuel-cell area. The top piece of Skinner’s fuel cell, a cast aluminum piece with a safety-check valve to prevent spillage, was sheared off when Skinner backed into the wall after being hit by Rusty Wallace.
