Roush Trucks Combine Sponsor/Drivers add Wood and Biffle to sub:

Roush Racing announced that Eldon, a division of Newell Rubbermaid, will become the primary sponsor of the #99 Ford fielded by Roush Racing in the CTS. Eldon is also the primary sponsor of Roush Racing’s #50 Ford Truck. In addition, Roush announced that it would continue to expand its innovative development program by adding Jon Wood to its field of rookie drivers. Wood, of Stuart, VA, began his racing career at the age of 12 and is currently running in the Winston West Series where he has already accumulated an impressive record. Wood made his first CTS start in April 2001 at the Martinsville Speedway. Wood will share driving responsibilities with current Roush drivers Chuck Hossfeld and Nathan Haseleu for the Eldon teams. Wood will make his truck racing debut for Roush Racing at the Memphis Motorsports Park on June 23 in the #50 Eldon Ford F-150. Nathan Haseleu will drive the #99 Eldon Ford F-150 at Memphis. Roush Racing will announce its driver lineup after Memphis on a race-by-race basis.(Roush Racing PR) UPDATE: Roush Racing also announced that that former CTS Champ Greg Biffle would drive the #99 truck for Roush at Memphis Motorsports Park on June 23. Biffle replaces Haseleu for the race and returns to the BGN at Milwaukee the following weekend(Roush Racing)(6-15-2001)
