Park Eligible: Steve Park Makes People Magazine’s Top-50 Most Eligible Bachelors in the Country: Who says a good man is hard to find? The July 2, 2001, issue of People Magazine (Available on newsstands on June 25th) reports in a 47-page spread, on the most eligible bachelors in the United States. Golfer Tiger Woods, 25, who’s newly single after a two-year relationship, tops this year’s crop of eligible bachelors from the world of sports. He’s joined by New Jersey Devils hockey player Scott Gomez, 21, and NASCAR driver Steve Park, 33. Park tells People, “Driving 200mph around a track doesn’t scare me.
