Skinner Support: Injured driver Mike Skinner(#31) says the fan support he has received since he incurred multiple injuries an accident July 15 at Chicagoland Speedway has been an eye-opener to him. “The support from everybody has been phenomenal,” said Skinner, who plans to make his return to the #31 Lowe’s Chevy at Michigan in mid-August. “The fans’ support is probably the biggest surprise to me — I didn’t know I had this many fans. I have received so many phone calls, cards and gifts. The outpouring has been amazing and I want everyone to know how much I appreciate their caring, support and sympathy.
