Crew Chief change at the #4? UPDATE No, but Carrier hired as crew member: hearing Chris Carrier, currently the crew chief of the #33 APR Chevy [without a sposnor and skipping Vegas] will move over to the #4 Morgan McClure team and driver Mike Skinner as the new crew chief there. Scott Eggleston is currently the crew chief of the #4 Kodak Chevy.(2-27-2002) UPDATE: Chris Carrier, former crew chief of the #33 Andy Petree Racing entry, has been hired by Morgan-McClure Motorsports. Carrier’s departure from APR, a. result of uncertainty surrounding the team he worked with, was an amicable split. Carrier, a native of Bristol, TN, will work at the shop and travel with the #4 Kodak MAX Film crew weekly. Employed by mutual agreement of Larry McClure (team owner), Mike Skinner (driver) and Scott Eggleston (crew chief), Carrier’s duties will be to serve as a team member to assist Eggleston.
