Inglebright wins third in a row, makes Cup debut: Jim Inglebright is hoping for a “double duty” trip to victory lane this weekend. Inglebright won the Snap-On Tools 200 NASCAR Southwest Tour race at Infineon Raceway on Saturday with a daring pass in Turn 3 on Lap 62 of 64 and held off Kenny Shepherd by 1.116 seconds. It’s the third consecutive season he has won this race – a first for the track – but he hopes for more. Inglebright also qualified for Sunday’s Dodge/Save Mart 350 Winston Cup event. He will start 34th in his first Cup race. The four other drivers entered in the race who are also entered in Sunday’s Winston Cup race didn’t fare nearly as well. Robby Gordon was 25th, Jeff Green 32nd, Kevin Harvick 35th and Boris Said was 41st.(ThatsRacin.com)(6-23-2002) (6-22-2002)
