Special Flag: The 90-by-45-foot flag used during the national anthem [at NHIS] held a little more significance than just a symbol of our land’ freedom. The mammoth emblem will become the first flag commissioned by the newly developed Department of Homeland Security by Nov. 1 when it will be flown at the Marine Base in Quantico, Va. The flag is currently being kept at the U.S.S.
