Mario Hernandez, the “First Hispanic” NASCAR BGN driver announced that Hernandez has signed a contract with Telemundo the number one Hispanic T.V and now owned by NBC for 2002 and 2003 season. Telemundo/NBC will follow Hernandez’ racing and will air segments on their Nationally televised sports programs. Hernandez’ Telemundo agreement should render big results for those companies interested in expanding and/or entering the Hispanic market. Mario Hernandez is part of the risng team Fitz-Bradshaw where he will share the spotlight with Kerry Earnhardt.
