UPDATE: 22-year-old racing phenom Kasey Kahne has been selected as the new driver of the #38 Great Clips Ford for 2003. Kahne made 20 starts for the #98 team last season, but was forced to look elsewhere when that team closed down after the season ended. Kahne replaces Mark Green, who started out the year as a consultant for the team, but became the full-time driver in July after injuries sidelined Christian Elder. .Green will return to the consultant role in 2003 and drive under the Deka Batteries colors in at least four races for the team.(BGNRacing.com)(12-16-2002)
