Former ASCARI driver T.J. Bell will join forces with Team Racing for 18 races during the 2003 season. Bell, from Reno, NV, will be driving the #86 Chevy Truck which will be sponsored by A Special Wish Foundation. Twenty-one year old Bell will start the 2003 season at the Mesa Marin Speedway in Bakersfield, CA.
