UPDATE: Blaney will run 10 BGN races in 2003 in the #31 Whelen Ford, powered by Penske-Jasper engines. Plans are to run both Richmond races, both Lowe’s races, New Hampshire, Dover (June), Chicagoland, Michigan, Atlanta and Homestead.(2-3-2003)
