Exide Technologies announced an extension of its partnership with Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) and drivers Damon Lusk and Paul Wolfe for a 25-race program during the 2003 season. The 25 races consist of events to be held in the BGN, BGNN and Winston West Series this season. The Exide Batteries logo will be featured on the b-post position in all 25 of the races Lusk and Wolfe will compete in. Lusk will compete in a total of 10 BGN races with the option to increase based on additional sponsorship dollars, while Wolfe will compete in 15 BGNN and Winston West events. Sta-Rite Pumps is the primary sponsor for Lusks #6 Dodge, while Tops is the primary sponsor for Wolfes #6 Dodge. Last season, Exide returned to NASCAR as a team sponsor with its partnership with TBR in a unique four-race sponsorship in the BGN with driver and NBC commentator Wally Dallenbach.(Pro Sports PR)(2-15-2003)
