Robby Gordon, who will run the ‘double’ – Indy 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on May 25th, qualified 3rd for the Indy 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with a four lap average of 230.205mph [four laps were 228.829, 230.529, 230.687, 230.778], 24 drivers have made the field…so far. Two time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves won the pole with a speed 231.725mph.
