Biagi Bros. Racing announced that GEICO has extended their sponsorship of the #4 Chevy driven by Mike Wallace in the Busch Series. GEICO has agreed to pick up an additional 14 races, starting with the June 7th running of the Trace Adkins Chrome 300 from Nashville Superspeedway. The deal was coordinated by Player Management International and was completed on Thursday. GEICO’s support of the Biagi Bros. team continues to grow. Since coming onboard in the summer of 2002, GEICO has steadily increased their involvement with the Biagi Bros. owned team. After their 10 race primary sponsorship last season, GEICO has stepped up their support to include a total of 27 events in 2003. In the ongoing development of their racing program, GEICO recently launched a new racing related website at www.geicoracing.com. They have also produced T-shirts, polo shirts, hats, and koozies with the infamous gecko spokeslizard. The merchandise is available for purchase online at www.geicoracing.com. “We urge everyone to call GEICO at 1-800-342-9070 for a free rate quote,” Wallace continued. “We really appreciate their continued support. We’re only six races shy of running the full season. Hopefully we’ll be able to gain additional sponsorship that will enable us to run the full season.” The Biagi Bros. team is not scheduled to compete at The Milwaukee Mile, New Hampshire International Speedway, Pikes Peak International Raceway, Michigan International Speedway, Kansas Speedway, and Memphis Motorsports Park.
