FitzBradshaw Racing announced Friday the Navy will return next season as full-time sponsor of the team’s #14 Chevrolets, presumably with driver Casey Atwood. Details of Atwood’s contract with the team remain to be completed, but he is expected to stay with the team in 2004. The #14 team is running a total of 11 races this season.
