The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a government-funded program that enlists the support of AmericaÃÂÃÂs corporations to procure employment of American military service men and women. The ESGR will sponsor 5 Busch Series races, with Richard Childress in an attempt to create awareness and to promote the 5 Freedom Award recipients selected in 2003, running the #29 Busch Series Chevy(1-20-2004)
