Special Scheme for Bliss at MIS:

This week the #20 Rockwell Automation Chevrolet, driven by Mike Bliss, will be sporting a different look in an effort to celebrate two of Rockwell Automation’s operating unit’s historic anniversaries. Dodge is the oldest company in Rockwell Automation opening its doors in 1878. The first product it made was a wooden lemon squeezer that sold for $3.00 / dozen and the wooden toddy stick that sold for $.50 / dozen. From there their business evolved to wooden pulleys and then to its current business of mechanical & power transmission products. Dodge [not the car] makes over 167,000 different products with their main business coming from Industrial Bearings, Industrial Gear Reducers (Transmissions) and a variety of conveying components (pulleys, belts, sheves).(PR)(8-18-2004)
