Jason Leffler sued Haas CNC Racing in U.S. federal court in North Carolina on Nov. 15 for breach of contract. He seeks an unspecified amount of damages. Leffler argues that he was financially damaged by not getting a chance to vie for the series title when he was taken out of the #00 car with seven races remaining while in third place in the point standings.
