Bowyer wins at Nashville:

#2-Clint Bowyer won the Federated Auto Parts 300 at Nashville Superspeedway for his first career Busch Series win. The rain was rain-delayed a day. Points leader, #60-Carl Edwards missed the race as he was busy winning the Nextel Cup race at Pocono Raceway, Hank Parker Jr. brought the #60 Ford home in 20th spot. Johnny Benson flew from Charlotte early Sunday to run the #40 Dodge in place of Sterling Marlin who was also at Poco# #8-Martin Truex Jr. led the most laps [105 of 225] and finished 5th. #22-Kenny Wallace was 2nd at Nashville for the 2nd time in a rwo, followed by #41-Sorenson [the new points leader], #33-Tony Raines and Truex Jr. With Edwards not in the race, he fell to 4th in the points and is now 96 points behind the new points leader, Reed Sorenson, who is 51 points ahead of #8-Truex Jr. and #2-Bowyer. There were 8 caution laps for 37 laps and 14 lead changes among 7 drivers.
