Jason Leffler could be in the #32 Braun Racing car for the rest of the season — if the Braun team finishes the season. Team owner Todd Braun said July 1 that he was unsure what the future holds for him and his sponsor, Winfuel. Braun was noncommital when asked if he was going to close for the rest of this season. “The Shane deal [suspension] definitely hurt us,” Braun said. “Winfuel has been a great sponsor. They didn’t like the way the situation happened, the way it came down. Right now, we’re not really sure, going forward, where we stand with Winfuel.
