#30-Todd Bodine won the Las Vegas 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a last lap pass of #1-Ted Musgrave on a green-white-checker finish after dominating the race. It was Bodine’s second win of the season, the other was at Kansas, and 4th of his career. The win vaulted Bodine into 5th in the points and Toyota’s 6th win of 2005. Musgrave finished 2nd and with points leader #46-Dennis Setzer finishing 14th, Musgrave is only 5 points behind Setzer in the points standings. Rounding out the top-5 were #75-David Starr, #16-Jack Sprague and #04-Bobby Hamilton. Pole sitter, #5-Mike Skinner finished 6th. The highest finishing rookie of the year candidate was #50-Todd Kluever with an 8th. Bodine led 114 of the 152 laps and there were five cautions for 31 laps.
