Things couldn’t be better for Austin Cameron. After a three-year battle with cancer that was capped by open heart surgery Cameron last spring married the woman, Rachelle, who helped him through the ordeal. The couple is also awaiting the birth of their first child. And now, Cameron is ready to climb back into the cockpit of a stock car. Cameron, who turns 29 on Jan. 24, has signed to drive on NASCAR’s Grand National West tour this season. Cameron will be campaigning the car that David Gilliland drove to victory in the Toyota All-Star Challenge last fall after placing third in last season’s Grand National West standings.
