The Ryan Newman Foundation announced the nationwide release of a book it has published entitled Pit Road PetsT: NASCAR Stars and Their Pets. The hardcover, 164-page book features first-person stories and intimate photographs of nearly 50 NASCAR celebrities and their pets. The Ryan Newman Foundation will donate 100% of its proceeds from the book to humane efforts, including the Humane Society of Catawba County’s (Hickory, NC) new no-kill animal shelter and regional low-cost spay/neuter clinic serving eight counties in the heart of North Carolina’s NASCAR country.
