Steve May has assumed interim crew chief duties for the #13 ThorSport Racing Chevy driven by Kerry Earnhardt. May has been involved in NASCAR’S upper echelon for over thirty years, and has worked with Cale Yarborough, Bill Elliott and Geoff Bodine’s Craftsman Truck Series operation, among others. He was recently named Director of Competition at ThorSport Racing. May will handle crew chief duties for Earnhardt’s #13 at the John Deere 200 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 17, and until a permanent replacement is named. (truckseries.com)(3-11-2006)
