As Dale Jarrett races around the 1.5-mile oval of Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) this Sunday, he’ll take pride that his newly designed ride is going to benefit children all around the country, starting in Texas. Dale’s #88 The UPS Store/Toys for Tots Ford will sport a specially designed paint scheme, created by 12-year old California native, Annabelle Huffman, during the UPS Store’s annual “Design Dale’s Ride” coloring contest. The appearance of the specialty paint scheme at TMS will officially kick off The UPS Store’s Toys for Tots donation drive this holiday season. Fans are asked to bring one new, wrapped toy to the speedway and deliver it to one of several on-site drop off points. Annabelle Huffman will look like a hero to 30 of her closest friends while cheering along the UPS Store/Toys for Tots Ford from her home in Napa Valley, CA, and you can be a hero in your community by contributing this year to the Toys for Tots toy drive.(PR), see an image of the scheme on my #88 Team Schemes page.(11-4-2006)
