Lorenz Architecture, one of the fastest growing architectural firms in the Charlotte [NC] region, recently announced a new partnership with #22-Dave Blaney. The collaboration is expected to enhance Lorenz’s market share within the racing industry. However, Lorenz Architecture is no stranger to the world of racing. The firm has worked with NASCAR driver Robby Gordon on his new race shop and has worked with the famed Wood Brothers on their team’s facility. In addition, Lorenz Architecture is currently developing designs for Dave Blaney’s new sprint car race shop which will open in late 2007. “Joining Dave Blaney’s team is a huge deal for us,” says Paul Lorenz, Principal/Owner. “It’s a key piece of strategy to build the Lorenz Architecture brand within the motor sports market.” Dave Blaney also shared his enthusiasm for the partnership. “I’m excited to have Lorenz Architecture on board for 2007,” said Blaney. “Paul and his staff do a great job and I’m eager to have their support.” While the partnership was initially developed to increase Lorenz’s visibility within the racing industry, don’t expect it to end there. “You have to understand this is not a one-dimensional opportunity,” says Scott Mickle, marketing consultant to Lorenz Architecture. “Dave and NASCAR have great appeal to our other markets and we plan to leverage this in 2007. You will see a lot of Dave Blaney and the # 22 Caterpillar Toyota Camry in our marketing and business development efforts.” Based in Concord, North Carolina, Lorenz Architecture specializes in the design of motor sports facilities, commercial offices, churches, retail centers, and custom homes. Lorenz’s primary focus is to provide clients with extraordinary customer service and creative and responsive solutions to their design and construction needs.(PR)(2-15-2007)
