#20-Denny Hamlin made a promise to crew chief David Rogers that might result in Hamlin running more Busch Series races. Hamlin did not plan to run the full season, but that could change. “I’m pretty much stuck on not running the full season,” said Hamlin, who drove full time in both the Nextel Cup and Busch Series last year. “But I kind of made a deal with my crew chief that if I was leading the points come Atlanta, that maybe I would consider it.” Three races into the season and with one race remaining before Atlanta, Hamlin trails Carl Edwards by 40 points in the Busch Series standings.(SceneDaily.com)(3-5-2007)
