After sponsoring Bill Elliott’s #37 Dodge throughout the Daytona 500 week of events, Huddle House, a 420-unit nationwide family restaurant franchise with deep ties to the South, was hungry for more. Huddle House, along with Front Row Motorsports, the owner of Bill Elliott’s/John Andretti’s #37 Dodge, have announced a partnership for the family restaurant franchise to serve as the primary sponsor of the car for the Kobalt Tools 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 18; the Aaron’s 499 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 29; and the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC on May 27. Huddle House, fresh off an infusion of funding from its recently announced $124 million acquisition by Allied Capital, has signed on as the primary sponsor of NASCAR racing legend Bill Elliott and Mario Andretti’s nephew John Andretti, giving the Huddle House brand extensive positive exposure to tens- of-millions of Americans who are known to be very loyal to the companies that sponsor their favorite drivers. As the primary sponsor of Bill Elliott’s/John Andretti’s #37 Dodge, the Huddle House logo will be detailed on the hood, trunk, bumper and inside the car, as well as patched onto the team jersey. As part of the sponsorship deal, Elliott’s car has been officially renamed “The Huddle House Dodge” for all three of the upcoming races. Also, the Huddle House #37 Dodge will be featured at several Huddle House locations during an eight day tour of the car, beginning with a March 15-17 stop at the Locust Grove, GA location, 4830 Bill Gardner Pkwy.(PRN Newswire)(3-8-2007)
