The Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower will provide primary sponsorship of Willie Allen’s #13 Chevy for the running of the Craftsman Truck Series Las Vegas 350 on September 22nd. Allen will be making his first start at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as he continues his battle for 2007 Rookie of the Year honors.
