Pollo Tropical, a chain of popular quick service family restaurants in Florida and New Jersey and with franchised locations in Puerto Rico, is partnering with Key Motorsports for the upcoming Ford 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway on Friday, November 16. The Pollo Tropical logo will be displayed on the #40 Curtis Key Plumbing Chevy driven by Chad Chaffin in the Homestead event and stores will feature promotions to generate interest amongst customers for the final race of the 2007 NCTS season.
