Four NASCAR teams involved in the Chase for the Sprint Cup are scheduled to test at Kentucky Speedway Tuesday, Sept. 16. The #88 Hendrick Motorsports team of fourth-seeded Dale Earnhardt, Jr., is expected to join the #24 team of 10th-seeded stable mate Jeff Gordon [with Brad Keselowski driving]. The #20 team of Tony Stewart is expected to join its Joe Gibbs Racing partner #11 team of Denny Hamlin. David Stremme is expected to turn laps with his new Penske Racing #06 team. Hamlin is the #6 Chase seed and Stewart is seeded eighth. Specific test drivers and media availability are to be determined. Fans can view testing from the designated area outside the Kentucky Speedway Fan Center in Turn 3 for free.
