Chad McCumbee will attempt to make his second consecutive Sprint Cup Series start in the #45 Dodge after competing in last weekend’s Bank of America 500. McCumbee has competed in five Sprint Cup Series races for Petty Enterprises. His best finish of 17th came at Pocono in June. McCumbee will also complete in the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway driving the #8-Malcomson Construction Chevy.(Petty Racing PR)(10-14-2008)
