UPDATE Denied: SS-Green Light Racing is currently planning their 2009 season. However there are no talks going with Jacob Goede. 2009 plans will be announced soon and will come directly from the organization. UPDATE 2 SS-Greenlight Racing cutting back to one team in 2009: SS-GLR today executed a reduction in workforce to better prepare for the slowing economic times in 2009. This workforce reduction is in preparation of reducing from two teams in 2008 to one team in 2009. The team currently operates the #08 GunBroker.com Dodge and the #07 ASILIMITED Chevrolet in 2008. ASILIMITED will return for the 3rd year with the team in 2009. The Team’s future goal is to move up the competition ladder one step at time. This year was building a foundation and bringing the resources of two teams together. 2009 will be to strengthen a single team and continue to build on that foundation. UPDATE 3 White looking at options for ’09 NNS or Trucks: NASCAR driver Jason White and sponsor GunBroker.com are searching for opportunities for the 2009 NASCAR season. The team has enjoyed success with SS-Greenlight Racing in 2008 competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series but the duo will not reunite for a second season.
