Hearing that the #75 Cope/Keller team with Derrike Cope driving is on the verge of signing one of three major/primary sponsorships within the next week. Plans are to run one or two Truck Series teams and a limited Cup schedule. The team has purchased some Dodges from Ganassi Racing, which is now Earnhardt Ganassi Racing and will run Chevy’s in 2009.(1-4-2009)
UPDATE: Larry Foyt will drive for Derrike Cope Racing at Daytona in the Camping World Truck Series race. Foyt will also pilot the #56 Chevy for MacHill Motorsports in the Nationwide series race.
