Edwards in NYC to race cars with Howard Stern’s wife: #99-Carl Edwards spent about 15 quality minutes racing remote controlled cars with Beth Stern, radio host Howard Stern’s model wife, who interviewed Edwards for the TV show “Extra.” “It’s really kind of fun,” Edwards said after racing Stern. “We try to get all of this stuff out of the way. That’s good.” This stuff, for Edwards, was some media appearances and filming a commercial for sponsor Claritin in New York, before flying his own jet to Bristol, Tenn., for Sunday’s race.(New York Daily News)(3-20-2009)
