Four Cup drivers test at Infineon:

Sprint Cup Series drivers #20-Joey Logano, #00-David Reutimann, #6-David Ragan and #13-Max Papis completed a two-day test session at Infineon Raceway on Wednesday to hone their skills on the challenging 10-turn, 1.99-mile road course. The drivers came to the track in preparation for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekend, June 19-21 (Fathers Day weekend). Logano was coached by road-course veteran Chris Cook, who has also worked with NASCAR drivers Johnny Sauter and Los Gatos AJ Allmendinger. Logano will pull double-duty in Sonoma, competing in the Bennett Lane Winery 200, presented by Supercuts, NASCAR Camping World West Series, as well as the Toyota/Save Mart 350. Papis tested and also helped coach Reutimann and Ragan. The drivers all piloted late model stock cars supplied by Pioneer Motorsports out of Lake Oroville in Northern California.”Even if we drove a rental car out here it would help,” said Ragan.”I just needed to get back into the rhythm of turning left and right.”(Infineon Raceway)(6-11-2009)
