Congratulations go out to Bobby East and his long-time girlfriend Courtney Kirts who were engaged on October 21. East, the 2004 USAC National Midget Series champion, drove in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2006 and 2008, and ran a partial Nationwide schedule in 2007. The couple originally met while competing against each other on the competitive Indiana quarter midget circuit.(Bobby East PR)(10-27-2009)
