The baby boom continues in NASCAR this year with the wives of both #39-Ryan Newman and #77-Sam Hornish Jr. both pregnant, both drivers confirmed Satuday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Already this season the wives of #19-Elliott Sadler, #99-Carl Edwards, #48-Jimmie Johnson and #42-Juan Pablo Montoya have given birth. The wives of #24-Jeff Gordon, #1-Jamie McMurray and now Ryan Newman and Sam Hornish Jr. are pregnant. Gordon’s wife is due in the coming weeks. Hornish’s child is due Dec. 30. It will be the couple’s second child. Daughter Addison is 2 1/2 years old. McMurray’s child is due in Decmeber. Newman was coy about his child and preferred not to say much but did confirm that his wife, Krissie, is pregnant.
