Johnny Sauter, racing at Wisconsin International Raceway for just the third time, held off Steve Carlson and Chris Wimmer to win the American Speed Association Dixieland 150 late model race Tuesday night.S auter had raced only twice before at WIR, including last year’s ASA race, when he had to quit due to mechanical problems, , but he is racing on some of NASCAR’s highest circuits this season.
