Points leader #29-Harvick starts 20th. #83-Mattias Ekstrom makes his oval race debut, start 42nd. #09-Bobby Labonte uses a past champions provisional to make the race and starts 43rd. His brother #10-Terry Labonte was faster, but was 8th fastest and failed to qualify for the race. If Bobby didn’t have to use the provisional, Terry could had.
