  • #24-Jeff Gordon won the Coors Pole for the Bank of America 500 Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway with a speed of 191.544mph for his 1st pole of 2010 and 69th of his career which ties Gordon for 3rd all-time poles with Cale Yarborough. Richard Petty had 123 and David Pearson had 113. Gordon has won 17 races from the pole. Gordon has won at least one pole a year for 18 straight seasons, tied for the 2nd longest streak ever with Petty. Pearson had a streak of 19 seasons.
