2010 ARCA Racing Series champion Patrick Sheltra was spotted in Clint Bowyers pit during the Dollar General 300 at Charlotte on Friday night. Sheltra confirmed to Frontstretch that he is talking with RCR about driving for the organization during the 2011 season. Sheltra Motorsports told Frontstretch last week at Rockingham that they were negotiating to move Patrick into a NASCAR ride but did not confirm who it was they had spoken to. How such an arrangement would be reached remains to be seen, for RCR has stated they are not running a Nationwide program next year.
