Johnny Sauter and ThorSport Racing will once again team up to run for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship in 2011. Sauter, the 2001 ASA Racing Series champion, winner of three Nationwide Series races, and a two-time NCWTS winner, signed an extension to continue driving the No. 13 Chevrolet last week. Since joining ThorSport Racing for the 2009 season, Sauter has won two Camping World Truck Series races (Las Vegas, September 2009 and Kansas, April 2010), collected 19 top-five finishes, 26 top-ten finishes, and won two poles. He finished sixth in the 2009 championship standings while winning the series’ Raybestos Rookie of the Year award, and currently sits third in the 2010 championship standings, just 38 points out of second.(ThorSport Racing PR)(10-21-2010)
