Joe Gibbs Racing will make an announcement regarding its NASCAR Nationwide Series program at 10 a.m.on the morning of Saturday, November 6 in the Deadline Room of the Texas Motor Speedway media center. J.D. Gibbs, president of Joe Gibbs Racing, will make the announcement immediately following the Nationwide Series driver/crew chief meeting.(JGR)(11-4-2010)
UPDATE: At Texas Motor Speedway in November, J.D. Gibbs announced the addition of a third NASCAR Nationwide Series team that will compete full-time during the 2011 season. Brian Scott, the talented young driver known for his successful seasons in the Truck and Nationwide Series will pilot the car. He will drive a full season along side Joey Logano and Kyle Busch (who will run schedules similar to those they ran in 2010). Brian’s car number and crew chief will be announced in the near future, with his crew chief expected to be an in-house hire.(Joe Gibbs Racing)(11-6-2010)
