When Doug Richert joined Rick Ware Racing he felt right at home with a fleet of Roush-Fenway Mustangs at his control. The former crew chief for Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle at Roush-Fenway Racing just grinned as he walked through the small shop of RWR.
