Skinner to serve as advisor to MAKE Motorsports & Bell; Cheek as crew chief:

Former NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) Champion Mike Skinner will not be behind the wheel this weekend at Darlington Raceway for the “Too Tough to Tame 200”, but will be involved in the NCWTS action in a different role. Offering advice and a watchful eye during on-track action, Skinner will assume the role of spotter for MAKE Motorsports driver TJ Bell and the No. 50 Liberty Tire Recycling/Pinnacle Rubber Mulch Chevy. Mike Cheek, veteran of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, will also be an addition to the MAKE Motorsports roster as he assumes the role of crew chief. Primary sponsor Liberty Tire Recycling and Pinnacle Rubber Mulch will make its second appearance at Darlington Raceway on the MAKE Motorsports No. 50 Silverado. Liberty made its first appearance in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition with MAKE in August 2010 at Darlington Raceway. T.J. Bell will be riding with a special passenger. The passenger side window of the No. 50 Silverado will sport the name of TJ Bell’s long-time family friend, Bob Walls, in memory of Bob’s life. “Grandpa Bob”, as TJ named him, passed away last week and played a big role in Bell’s racing career.( (Make Motorsports PR)(3-11-2011)
