Rusty Wallace Racing driver Michael Annett, who faces charges of driving while impaired, has had his case postponed to July 22, according to the Iredell (N.C.) County clerk of court office. A hearing in the case was scheduled for April 29, and this was Annett’s second continuance, which is not unusual for the North Carolina court system. According to a police report, Annett had a 0.32 blood alcohol content following a Feb. 6 accident in which Annett hit another car. (Scene Daily)(5-2-2011)
